In 2002 I participated in the creation of the Operator Training Guide used by BC Road Builders and Ministry of Transportation. At that time it was the first Training Guide available for the Highway Maintenance Industry. The new RoadReadyBC training program is a much-needed resource with up-to-date information for all operators in the Highway Maintenance industry. I have reviewed many of the modules and am very impressed with the detail that has been included. The presentation of the information makes it easy for participants to follow. I can say this new program is many times better than the old guide.

The program’s comprehensive approach and practical insights significantly enhance skills and will boost confidence in the construction field.”
